These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://bharatyogas.com and the service domain https://yogho.in (together, the “Website”), the Surya Namaskar mobile application (the “App”), and all related content, classes, videos, audio, and features (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Jugnu Hadvaidya, having its place of business at 10/1850, Mahalaxmi Matani Pole, Soni Falia, Surat, Gujarat 395003, India (“Bharat Yogas”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, installing the App, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Please read the Disclaimer in Section 9 carefully before you begin any physical or mental practice or make any purchase.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and to make any purchase. A person below 18 years of age may use the Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf and takes responsibility for the minor’s use of the Services. By using the Services you confirm that the information you provide is true and that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2. Nature of the Services
Bharat Yogas provides yoga instruction, guided routines, meditation, pranayama, japa, and related wellness content for general fitness and educational purposes. The Services are not a medical, physiotherapy, psychiatric, or psychological service, and they do not create a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@bharatyogas.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these Terms.
4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices, plan duration, and features are shown at the point of purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected through the payment provider shown at checkout, which may be Google Play or a third-party payment gateway. Where a store or gateway processes the payment, its terms also apply to that transaction.
Paid plans purchased through Google Play renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off before the renewal date. You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Google Play account settings. Plans purchased on the Website are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.

5. Licence and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Services for your own non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- copy, record, download (except where a download feature is provided), resell, or redistribute any content;
- share your account or subscription with others;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App or Website;
- upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services;
- use the Services in any way that breaks any applicable law of India.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the Services, including videos, audio, text, graphics, logos, and the “Bharat Yogas” name and mark, is owned by or licensed to Bharat Yogas and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited licence in Section 5.
7. User Content
If you post reviews, comments, photos, or other material, you confirm that you own it or have the right to post it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display it within the Services. You are responsible for what you post. We may remove any user content that breaches these Terms or any law.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may link to third-party websites, payment providers, or Google Play. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your use of a third party is governed by that third party’s own terms.
9. Disclaimer (Physical, Mental, and Financial)

- Educational purpose only. All yoga, exercise, meditation, pranayama, and related content is provided for general wellness and educational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor, physiotherapist, mental health professional, or other licensed practitioner.
- Consult a professional first. Consult a qualified physician before you begin any practice offered through the Services, and especially if you are pregnant or recently gave birth, are a senior citizen, have or had any heart condition, high or low blood pressure, respiratory condition, spinal or joint injury, recent surgery, hernia, glaucoma, epilepsy, diabetes, or any other medical or mental health condition, or if you are taking any medication.
- Physical risk. Yoga and physical exercise involve movement, stretching, and exertion that carry a risk of physical injury. You are responsible for practising within your own physical limits, using suitable space and equipment, and stopping immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, breathlessness, discomfort, or any warning sign. Seek medical help if a warning sign continues.
- Mental and emotional wellbeing. Meditation, breathwork, and related practices are offered for general relaxation and wellbeing. They are not therapy and are not a treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, or any psychiatric or psychological condition. Certain practices may bring up strong thoughts or emotions in some people. If you have a mental health condition, are in emotional distress, or have thoughts of harming yourself, stop the practice and contact a qualified mental health professional, your doctor, or a helpline in your area without delay.
- No financial advice. The Services are for wellness and education only and do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. Prices, plans, and offers are described at the point of purchase and in our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. You are responsible for your own purchase decisions, and paid amounts are governed by those policies.
- No guarantee of results. We do not promise any specific health, fitness, weight, medical, mental health, or financial outcome. Individual results vary.
- Assumption of risk. You choose to practise voluntarily and at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, you accept responsibility for the risks described in this section.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bharat Yogas, its owner, employees, instructors, and content providers will not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, or from your reliance on any content, except where such loss is caused by our proven gross negligence or wilful default, or where liability cannot be excluded under law. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be waived by agreement.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Bharat Yogas harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or any law, or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 14) will continue to apply.
13. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, give notice within the App or Website. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Indian law governs these Terms. The courts at Surat, Gujarat will handle any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms.
15. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, please first contact us at info@bharatyogas.com so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that is not resolved within thirty days may, at either party’s option, be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration will be Surat, Gujarat, and the language will be English.
