Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of subscriptions and other paid features on the Bharat Yogas website at https://bharatyogas.com, the service domain https://yogho.in, and the Surya Namaskar mobile application (together, the “Services”), operated by Jugnu Hadvaidya, 10/1850, Mahalaxmi Matani Pole, Soni Falia, Surat, Gujarat 395003, India (“Bharat Yogas”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. No refund on cancellation
Once a subscription or paid feature is purchased and activated, the amount paid is not refundable if you choose to cancel or stop using it. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amount, whether in full or in part, and we do not refund any unused portion of a billing period. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
This applies whether you cancel on the first day of a billing period or the last, and whether or not you used the Services during that period.
2. Turning off auto-renewal
Only plans purchased through Google Play renew automatically. Plans purchased on the Website are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to turn off for them.
For a Google Play plan, you can stop it from renewing so that you are not charged again by turning off auto-renewal in the subscription settings of your Google Play account.
When you turn off auto-renewal, you keep access until the end of the current paid period, and no further charge is taken after that period ends.
3. One-time purchases
A one-time purchase cannot be cancelled once access has been granted, and no amount is refunded, except where a refund applies under our Refund Policy or where required by law.
4. Relationship with the Refund Policy
Cancelling is your own choice to stop the Services and never creates a right to a refund. A refund is available only in the limited situations set out in our Refund Policy at https://bharatyogas.com/refund-policy, which covers a purchase billed in error, a purchase that was not delivered, or an unresolved technical fault on our side, when reported within three days of purchase.
5. Cancellation by us
We may suspend or cancel your subscription if you breach our Terms and Conditions or any applicable law, and in that case no amount is refunded. Where we cancel without cause, we will refund the unused portion of a prepaid period.
6. Google Play rules
If you purchased through Google Play, Google’s own cancellation, auto-renewal, and refund rules also apply, and you may need to manage the subscription through Google Play.
7. Your statutory rights
This Policy does not take away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law that cannot be waived by agreement.
